We understand life happens and you may need to cancel. When we hold a spot for you, we often turn away others. Therefore, we approach cancellations and refunds as follows:

• Full payment is required for each 1-night stay, guest suite reservation, and for any add-ons.
• Stays of 2 nights or more require a 50% deposit.
• Reservations which occur during a holiday weekend** require full payment and are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 21+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (less a $25 administrative fee).
• Cancellations made within 20 days of scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
