November Updates & Events 2024

Greetings from Fogg Brook Resort!
October was another fantastic month here. We hosted Paul-a-palooza (a fun gathering for grounds crews from around the state), celebrated a couple of beautiful weddings, enjoyed some incredible fall weather that kept folks playing outdoors, wrapped up the campground for the season, and kicked off our fall/winter activities. Isn’t life great?
As we head into November, we’re gearing up for a full launch of our seasonal activities […]

October Updates & Events 2024

It’s officially Autumn my Foggy Friends.
First and very importantly, thanks to all of our members and seasonal campers who renewed for next year. We were even able to open a few more campsites for some of those on the waiting list. You all are the foundation to this great place we continue to develop and build, together.
As some of you know, my friends and fellow owners just convened for the 33rd […]

September Updates & Events 2024

Say it ain’t so… September is here?
We took delivery of 22 more carts in August that we’ll use for large volume days or bigger tourneys. This saves us money on rental carts we’ve needed on occasion AND we shouldn’t run out now. If you get one of the newer carts please keep in mind they won’t have GPS, BUT do have some wicked comfy seats.
September is one of the best months to […]

What a great month of golf and pub fun. Did you get a chance to come to our Independence Day fun culminating in fireworks?
On the golf side, our various leagues are in full swing. And we’ve welcomed some new people to our beloved course, many for the first time. We want to extend a special thank you to all of those […]

July Updates & Events 2024

Golf is a lot like taxes: you drive hard to get to the green and then wind up in the hole 🙂

Golf is in full swing and we’re happy to see our weather has been so much better this year, so far. This is why we live in Maine, right?
We want to send a big thanks to Super Nick and the grounds crew for doing such a […]

June Updates & Events 2024

Wow, don’t you love Maine summers like this?
With Memorial Day behind us we are so grateful for the joy of sun, green grass, and amazing air.
As I write this, you’re seeing some great things continue to develop on the course and the property.

Cart paths will continue to be addressed. Also, we’ll be roping off some areas so that we can try to fix goat trails made by carts as well as […]

April Updates & Events 2024

It’s springtime and that means a tease of nice weather and then, WHAM, huge snow and rain. Oh, well. This is Maine so weather happens.
Regardless, the crews are working hard to get us on the course as soon as we can. In the meantime, the pub is here for all of us to enjoy food and drown our sorrows in beverage.
As many of you know, Connor has taken a position in Rhode Island […]

March Updates & Events 2024

March is here and what do you think about for March?….. GREEN.
It’s thus far been a mild winter and grass is peeking through. Soon we’ll be doing our annual guess the date we open for golf and we all hope sooner rather than later. Remember Punxsutawney Phil has already made his prognostication.
Couple highlights to lift up:

Our St. Patrick’s Day parties are fun. Come dressed up, listen to some music, maybe get a give-away, eat […]
